Ian Reid
Co-Founder
Ian Reid is a NYC-based, Massachusetts-raised playwright. His work has been performed at The Tank, The Magnet, Paradise Factory, NYU, and Classic Stage Company. He was the recipient of the 2022 John Golden Playwriting Prize and a semi-finalist for the 2025 O'Neill Playwrights Conference. ian.alastair.reid@gmail.com

Emma Richmond

Emma Richmond has made theater with/at HERE, The Tank, Columbia University, Colt Coeur, and Audible, amongst others. She is currently the programs manager at Clubbed Thumb, and she was The Tank’s 2022-23 Producing Fellow. She holds a BFA from The New School of Drama with a minor in Interdisciplinary Science. She loves Trove!

Amar Ahmad

Amar Ahmad is a filmmaker/designer and a recent graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design. He's had the honor of helping out with play posters and graphics for Trove since 2023. He has an interest in the intersection between real life and fiction which comes up in his plays and short films, most recently “The Death of Art Slob.”

Kallan Dana

Kallan Dana is a writer originally from Portland, Oregon. She is a member of the 2023-2024 Clubbed Thumb Early Career Writers’ Group. Her plays include RACECAR RACECAR RACECAR (2023 O’Neill NPC Finalist, 2023 Bushwick Starr Reading Series Finalist), Lying (2022 Princess Grace Award Semifinalist), Love Story (2022 Bramble Theater Unfinished Works Festival Winner), The Great Hunger (The Tank), and Playdate (Dixon Place, funded by Jerome Foundation Grant). She also makes work with her company Needy Lover. MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage from Northwestern University.

Sarah Marlin

Sarah Marlin is an artist and administrator from Upstate NY. She makes/facilitates fun, silly and earnest projects primarily in the theater, music, documentary, and live performance realm. Recently she's collaborated on new work from Matt Clyne, Salwa Meghjee and Annie Stein. She co-created and hosted Trove's The Last Annual Spelling Bee. She also creates and produces multi-media fun & performance with her producing org Pizza Party Press, which she co-founded. She hosts the bi-monthly creative salon SOUP TO NUTS in her Crown Heights apartment. By day she works in the Development Department of Lincoln Center Theater. Her favorite band is Wilco. @soupmarlin

Salwa Meghjee

Salwa is a writer, producer, identical twin, and advocate for the color blue. She writes about the big unnameable feelings you have that you can’t explain. She’s developed work with her producing org Pizza Party Press, as well as Trove, Mudlark Theater, 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, Sanguine Theatre Company, The New Victory Theater, UC Berkeley, The Golden Theatre Company, Soho Rep, and Playwrights’ Center. Max Mooney

Max Mooney is a Queer writer, director, producer, stage manager, theater educator and dramaturg based in Brooklyn. Max’s work gravitates towards the strange and the visual. Max has worked with companies like HERE Arts Center, Under the Radar, Ars Nova, The Leimay Ensemble, PAGEANT, Fake Friends Theater Company, Baryshnikov Arts Center, La MaMa, Little Island, Theater Mitu, Powerhouse Theater, Manhattan Theatre Club and many more. Max serves as the Associate Producer at Concrete Temple Theater, Assistant Producer at En Garde Arts and is an affiliate artist of Trove Theatre/Live Arts Collective.

Rachel Mueller

Rachel Mueller has worked in development and event planning at Clubbed Thumb, Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival, Dorset Theatre Festival, Pablo Center, and Des Moines Metro Opera. In college, she served as a dramaturg in the New Jersey Play Lab’s inaugural Storyteller Studio cohort and founded a theater education mentorship program for local students. She has a BA in theater with minors in creative writing and arts administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
